Rake structure
Cash games typically take 2.5% to 10% of each pot with a cap. Tournaments charge a fee on top of the buy-in.
Measure properly
Track hands, win rate per 100 hands and standard deviation. Small samples lie. Tens of thousands of hands are needed before a rate means something.
